Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Renamed as Bachelor of Business Administration, the former BBM program has seen a steady increase in the number of students choosing the discipline. With the business world becoming more dynamic and volatile the opportunities and the avenues it has thrown open are immense. We at SBM prepare our students to embrace this changing environment and succeed in the environment.
The University syllabus is augmented by workshops, guest lectures, competitions, and projects to enable the students to get a better understanding of the course material. The faculty is equipped with the right armory to guide the students and make a difference to their learning.
The learning outcomes are set right at the beginning of the course and the path way is set with interactive classes, assessments, projects, assignments, guest/ industry experts’ lectures to help students understand the business concepts better. Business scenarios and labs are conducted to foster the necessary skills required in the business management. Apart from the Syllabus the faculty that is highly motivated and learned conducts field trips, to provide an insight into the functioning of organizations and thus exposes the real life scenario to the students. Some of the subjects dealt with include Marketing, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Law and Strategic Management.
